Where to File

National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) → RBI Integrated Ombudsman (cms.rbi.org.in) → Local Cyber Crime Cell (nearest police station). For UPI-specific disputes, also file with your bank's Nodal Officer.
