• Degree certificate not issued more than 6 months after result declaration
• Convocation certificate or provisional certificate delayed beyond the academic calendar

• Marksheet withheld due to administrative error in the university records
• Original degree certificate lost by the university and replacement not provided
• Incorrect name, date of birth, or subject details on issued degree certificate
• Employment or higher education opportunity at risk due to certificate non-issuance

• Hall ticket / Admit card of the final examination
• Mark sheets of all semesters/years showing result declaration
• Fee payment receipts for degree certificate and transcript fees
• Previous written complaints or emails to the examination section
• Offer letter or admission letter where certificate is urgently required (if applicable)
• Enrollment number and registration certificate from the university
