Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They help websites remember information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in — so you don’t have to re-enter your credentials on every page.

Cookies are not programs and cannot carry viruses or access files on your device. Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but you can configure your browser to decline or delete them (see Section 6).

GetNyay uses cookies for two purposes: (1) essential authentication and platform operation, and (2) analytics to understand how users interact with the Platform. We do not use:

• Advertising or ad-targeting cookies
• Cross-site tracking cookies that follow you across other websites
• Social media tracking pixels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Third-party behavioural profiling cookies

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are loaded with your consent. Essential authentication cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be declined while using authenticated features.

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. You cannot use the authenticated features of GetNyay without them.

GetNyay uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how users interact with the Platform — for example, which features are used, which pages are most visited, and where errors occur. GA4 is loaded only after you give your consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

• Analytics data is collected in aggregated form — individual user profiles are not built for advertising
• No cross-site tracking or advertising profiles are created from this data
• IP addresses are anonymised (IP anonymisation is enabled in GA4)
• We do not use Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or other social media trackers
• GA4 data is processed by Google LLC. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy

Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies when you interact with their components:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — Sets _ga and _ga_XXXXXXXX cookies for analytics measurement. Loaded only with your consent. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Stripe, Inc. — When you initiate a payment, Stripe's payment interface may set cookies for fraud prevention and payment session management. These are essential for processing your payment. See Stripe's cookie policy at stripe.com/cookies-policy.
• Vercel, Inc. — Our hosting provider may set performance and edge-caching cookies for platform delivery. These are technical and do not track individual user behaviour.

We have no control over the specific implementation of third-party cookies. Please review the privacy and cookie policies of each third party if you have concerns.

When you first visit GetNyay, a cookie consent banner is shown. You can:

• Accept analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 will be enabled and we will use it to measure Platform usage.
• Decline analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 will not be loaded and no analytics cookies will be set. You can still use all Platform features.
• Change your choice at any time — scroll to the bottom of any page and click "Cookie Preferences" to update your choice.

You can control cookies through your browser settings:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Disabling analytics cookies (if any) will not affect your ability to use the Platform’s core features.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our cookie practices or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
