You can file at cms.rbi.org.in (free, online) if: (a) you filed a complaint with the bank and received no satisfactory response within 30 days, OR (b) the bank gave an unsatisfactory reply. The complaint must be within 1 year of the bank’s final reply or the date the cause arose. Maximum award: ₹20 lakh.
